Audrey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients reclaim their health through a personalized and integrative approach to care. She began her nursing journey at Texas Tech University, graduating in 2016, and later earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2022.
Her early career was rooted in acute care, working as a trauma medical surgical nurse and later in a surgical/transplant ICU at a Level 1 trauma center in Dallas. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for collaborative, high-stakes environments and the resilience of the human body and spirit.
As a nurse practitioner, she has worked in internal medicine, caring for adults across the lifespan and managing a wide range of chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, obesity, anxiety, depression, women’s health, and geriatrics.
Her journey into functional medicine began with her own health struggles. Like many, she found herself navigating a conventional healthcare system that offered quick fixes but few answers. She was left to self-advocate, ask deeper questions, and search for solutions when she felt unheard. That experience ignited a calling—to become the kind of provider she once needed: someone who listens, investigates, and treats the whole person.
She is currently pursuing certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and is especially passionate about treating complex, often-overlooked conditions such as chronic urinary tract infections, pelvic pain, interstitial cystitis, mold toxicity, Lyme disease, and chronic skin rashes. These areas require a thoughtful, investigative approach—one that validates patient experiences and seeks true healing at the root cause.
She believes deeply in education, empowerment, and collaborative care. Whether you’re navigating chronic illness or simply seeking a more proactive, whole-body approach to wellness, she is here to support and guide you every step of the way.
