How Evergreen Began
We started Evergreen Functional Collective with a shared vision: to create a supportive, integrative community where both patients and providers could truly thrive. We saw a need for a space that went beyond conventional care—one that fosters deep connection, whole-person healing, and a collaborative approach to wellness.
Everest and Elise had long envisioned a place that broke the boundaries of traditional individual practices—a welcoming hub where patients could walk through the door and find everything they needed to heal, all in one place. That dream became Evergreen.
Their passion stemmed from a commitment to transforming healthcare into something more cohesive, more human, and more effective. They brought together like-minded, skilled practitioners to work side-by-side—sharing resources, knowledge, and purpose.
